What are your roles and responsibilities?
“Guide students academically and coordinate with all individuals on campus”
One of my basic roles is to solve the queries of students and guide them on the right path. I am always coordinating with departments, heads, and other administrative staff. It is necessary to direct the campus in the right way and provide platforms for students to enrich their careers.
What factors keep you connected with the education sector?
“Focus on the career life of students and pride in their success”
A service provider and receiver are essential parts of the service sector and education is an example of this. One of the vital factors of education is communication and participation. I like to mingle with people and my goal is to develop good leaders in the industry. We provide value to pupils and it helps to fulfill my dream.

A leader must work with subordinates in every activity and I believe in democratic leadership. We focus to achieve our goal and guide everyone to fulfill their desires. An approach of a leader relies on co-operating, coordination, and support towards subordinates.

How do you strategize plans for the marketing and administration of campus?
“Enable advertising through media modes”
Our primary focus is on local advertisements instead of national ones. Most of our students are from our home state and we deal with local newspapers. The speaking of positive words by our students is a tool of promotion. We conduct promotional campaigns for various institutes on campus. Apart from these, educational events are also organized for prospects.
How do campuses welcome students of different economic backgrounds?
“Promote anti-racism and avoid biased cultural beliefs on campus”
We always believed in equality and did not promote biased culture. The great education and facilities are essential for the growth of students. Our campus welcomes all students instead of caste and religion. Moreover, our support provides for individuals from different backgrounds. The scholarships are helpful for a pupil to reduce economic and financial burdens.
What is the top priority of campus for the next 10 years?
