What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“I believe in creating future torch bearers”
My philosophy of leadership is based on three aspects. Firstly, determination for goal; secondly, dedication towards achieving the goal, and finally; discipline in life. I also believe in the theory of creating effective ethical torch-bearers instead of making blind followers. Thus, I always motivate and inspire my team members and students to develop a quality of leadership for completion of desired missions.
The education system in India is structured very differently. What are your views upon the same?
“Our education sector has seen a massive transformation”
Definitely the education system in India and foreign countries is structured very differently. But in recent years the Indian higher education system has seen transformation according to international scenarios. In context with inbound students we follow an enriched and balanced academic curriculum and learning process for overall development of personality of Indian and inbound students. I feel elated our organization has highly qualified and experienced professors, experts of their respective fields who have studied abroad and also worked there. Their vast knowledge and experience would definitely provide a good opportunity of gaining the knowledge and grooming the minds of inbound students for new innovations. The government of India has also announced a program named “Study in India” The aim of the program is to attract the foreign students for higher education in the country. This will improve intellectual power and global ranking of India. For this purpose, our organization is a suitable platform for inbound students; because our institutes offer best in-class learning experiences required by students to prosper and grow.
