What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Being blessed enough to influence young minds”

The main factor is that every child in our country should be educated. Education is the road to public welfare. If the youth is educated, they will contribute more and more to bring about huge and positive changes. The fact that I can be a part of this process has kept me connected.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Keeping the morale high under any circumstances”

My philosophy of leadership is working while maintaining the dignity of our position. I motivate my staff to work effectively. Keeping in mind the qualifications and quality of their work, I delegate the responsibility and the authority. It is the hallmark of a good leader.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“It is all about teamwork and collective effort”

Neither marketing nor programs are possible without staff support. When the right time comes, we get the marketing team to do their job and we ask the staff to participate in the programs so that marketing and programs can be successful.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/ university/ school?

“Focusing on academics and more importantly on real-life skills”

Till graduation, a student is trained with personality development classes, communication skills and technology so that he can become self-dependent on any platform. No matter where the students go to work, they should be well-equipped.

What was your vision for the students when you came to the institute?

“To educate and produce the best professionals for tomorrow”

My vision is that maximum children take advantage of the education our college provides. I aim at educating more and more children so that they have bright futures ahead. Indeed, we are very close to the vision right now. However, there is still a long way to go.

Set your goals. Most importantly, learn to take care of yourselves. Trust the process and never stop putting in 100% of your efforts.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“Making the members work together”

We periodically conduct cultural programs for healthy relationships and environment in our college. Students and teachers participate together and we encourage them and reward them for their achievements.
