What are your roles and responsibilitie?

“Advance academic standards, lead and evaluate students' performance on campus”

My role is to advance academic standards for students and focus on my accountability. We lead and manage each student through various sessions. It ensures high academic excellence and achieves success for pupils. 

How do you establish healthy relations with students and faculty?

“Counsel the students and support colleagues to maintain a healthy environment on campus”

We solve the worries of students and talk with them outside of class. The counseling sessions for them pave the way for success. Our campus provides support for colleagues and offers help at any time. We celebrate each memorable moment in the department and classes. 

How do you bring a practical approach to subjects as industry-oriented?

“Provide practical skills learning platforms such as NPTEL for students' growth”

Our campus collaborates with CIPET, ASKY Instruments and Excellent services for enabling industry-related sessions for students. They enrolled in the National Program on Technical Enhanced Learning program to improve their skills. All of these assist them to learn practical applications instead of a normal theory. 

How do you strategize the curriculum for the students in Regional College, Jaipur?

“Update syllabus as per industry demand and provide placements for candidates”

Our curriculum is strategized by Rajasthan technical University, Kota. We update syllabus according to industry demands. It endures students to achieve placements after the course completion.

What are your views on placements and higher education of the students in Regional College, Jaipur?

“Provide group discussion, soft skills, sports and extracurricular activities for students placements”

We organize classes on verbal and non-verbal reasoning, soft skills, and technical questions for students' placements. Group discussion and personal interview training are a priority of placement sessions. Extracurricular activities including sports and cultural fests led to the overall development of students.

How do you help students to cope with the outside competition?

“Conduct technical festivals, seminars, conferences and short-term programs for pupils”

Our campus gives seminars, conferences and short-term programs for students by collaborating with Engineering institutes. It enriches students' knowledge level and assists in learning about wide fields. Technical festivals and sports week on campus improve the confidence and skills of students. 

What approaches do you bring in apart from the curriculum to train the students?

“Provide online lectures and practicals in laboratories to improve students' skills”

Faculties on campus interact with candidates through online lecture sessions. Students get the chance to practice technical skills in laboratories. We share recorded lectures and experiments for them to clear the queries. 

How do you provide practical skills for students as per industry trends?

“Provide industrial trends and prepare students for the GATE and IES examination”

Our campus provides industrial visits for students. They plan the reports as per their experience in the industry and get a vast idea. Moreover, faculties help students with the GATE and IES examinations. They can enlighten their future with various career opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, power plants, aviation, and in research.
