What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Education is a significant building block in any country” 

The development of any country can be calculated through its education system. Thus, being a part of the Education sector motivates me to develop our nation and exchange my engineering knowledge and experience with young students.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“A leader must have a clear vision about the functioning of the institution” 

According to me, a leader must be the one who knows what actually to do, how to do, and who can do it. In my opinion, leadership’s style must consist of Honesty, Confidence, Inspiration, Transparency, Vision, Creative, Innovative, Can make decisions.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

“There are specific programs and plans for marketing and administration of our institute”

We are highly focused on our students' careers, so we recently got approval from MSME-GoI for the Incubation Centre to achieve the goal of seeking help from us and getting support to develop their technical skills.

We emphasize skill development via training and placement cells that help students to get placed in their desired organization and support to develop their technical skills through internships and various other supporting programs.

“Students will gain technical knowledge in our institute and the academic curriculum. We provide a platform for various extracurricular activities (Sports, Cultural and Technical events) in our institute.”

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Students must attain design thinking capability to explore various technical domains”

 We ask students to develop Design thinking capability through various activities. Also, we have MoUs with many companies. In the past two months, we had MoU with more than six industries for our students' development. Also are having an outstanding team of experts from Industries in our Advisory Board and Board of Governance who are always ready to support our students to get industry-ready.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“We believe diversity open up new learning opportunities”

 Our institute has a vision of providing an educational platform to students of any race and economic background. At our institute, we celebrate and organize events to support and motivate students of any races or any economic backgrounds.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

“it is essential to provide a lending hand to students during their difficult times” 

My primary role is to support students during the academic period and guide them as a mentor through his development. The student must be free to approach me during his difficult time or learning time to learn something from my experience.

“We have developed an incubation center for students to avail of entrepreneurship benefits. We are having almost more than 20 start-ups and more than 40 new ideas registered with us. We want our students to prosper in challenging world”

What do you see as your institute's greatest strengths?

“Our faculty forms the greatest strength of our institute” 

Our institute has highly experienced and qualified staff, many holding PhD degrees, and many are pursuing. Institute is located in a lavish green and peaceful atmosphere, inspiring our students to develop themselves.
