How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"By creating a healthy environment in the campus"

I try to provide an effective teaching structure for the students. I encourage my faculty members to give their best and train the students with modern and realistic approaches. Also, I encourage my faculty members to teach students with practical examples and make classes more interactive so that they can learn more in the classroom. 

How do you bring in a practical approach towards subjects?

"By training students with the practical approach"

In my point of view, engineering is one of the best career choices for students. It's equally more challenging to stand out in the market so students need to be very flexible, well trained, and skilled to acquire a good position in a reputable company. As an engineer, it is highly recommended to pursue practical training of what they are learning in the classroom.

What are the best practices offered by the departments to the students?

"We have fully equipped laboratories for the students"

Our college has lots of labs for practical skills which help the students to gain necessary skills in theory as well as in practical. We also conduct tests to know the learning ability of the student and teach them accordingly.

According to my point of view, there are eight stepping stones to building a solid curriculum focused on the student needs at the learning levels

  1. Describe the vision, mission, focus, objectives, and students' needs.
  2. Identify the resources
  3. Collect and devise materials.
  4. Lockdown the specific area which has imp topics.
  5. Developing the plans, methods, and processes. 
  6. Create it with students' experience.
