What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Teaching is not just a job, it's a passion for life”

Education sector is an important as well as necessary concern for every country in the world. It is the foundation of a great nation. Teaching could possibly contribute to a beautiful future for students, teachers and society as a whole. As a teacher, I always look into it as a serving and deserving profession with a lot of hopes and possibilities to build this country sound in every aspect, be it economic, social or political. For me, teaching is like a social work that not only gives you immense happiness but leaves you satisfied for the cause of being human on this earth.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Equality and appreciation are key values of a leader”

Leadership is not mere about assigning and collecting work, it's a purpose to sustain the performance of each individual of the team. Along with creating a successful working environment and equality among all, we must also try to appreciate the individual ability of all the members so that they feel motivated and valued for their service. Mutual understanding, appreciation, acknowledgement, praise, team-spirit, etc. are major aspects of a successful organization.

How do you plan for the smooth administration of your institution?

Creating an atmosphere that appeals to each individual equally”

Equality among our staff and professionals is our primary motto. Treating each one equally and respecting each other's concern is what makes an organization a full-fledged, easy going machinery with no wear and tear. We always appreciate even the small of the works done by each individual in their part and maintain a healthy working environment that everyone admires and feels good to work in.

What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Maintaining the Integrity of onboard education with new methodologies of learning”

Teaching with more fascinating and riveting ways is surely a priority for all of us in this digital world of online learning, where students may lose interest in another second. Maintaining students’ engrossment and curiosity certainly needs a tech-fast pedagogy that caters a positive mindset among all. We always try to come up with innovative and thought provoking efforts that captivate students to learn in a new and better way.

What would be your advice to the future generations?

“Be Passionate and Never Give up”

I advise your actions must reflect how you want your future to look like. Always work hard towards your dreams, be stubborn for your goals, try hard and do not lose hope. Show commitments and results. Also, an important thing, always help those around you, create a positive, social environment for all.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your college?

“Preach the truth and stay calm & positive”

We handle the problems of our students and staff very calmly and lightly without any external intervention. We lay out our plans like an open book in front of our students that build a sense of trust among them and motivates them to reward us with the same faith. Regular meetings are held for the purpose where we discuss all the necessities and difficulties and come up with best possible solutions.
