What is your philosophy of leadership?
“It is essential to have an agile leadership style”
I am dealing with many talented people, whether in MBBS, post-graduation, or doing a PhD. An agile leadership style is necessary to deal with these talents. You need to have a pacesetter style of leadership in dealing with these students. At the same time, it’s also important for me to show them that I set the bar higher to myself and expect the team members also to do so. It helps to keep the team improving considerably. In turn, the institution grows and keeps pace with the advancements.
What is the rate of admissions in your college? Has it increased from the last year?

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?
“It is essential to keep pace with the current industrial trends”
We keep pace with the profound cultural shift taking place as our civilization transitions from a print-based industrial society to a technology-based Internet society. The hallmark of this shift has been described as the “technological convergence,” where a large and ever-growing range of digital technologies—such as robotics, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and social networking—are increasingly working together to create powerful new applications. We need to have a cordial link between the students and the university to grow.
