New Delhi: National Law University, NLU Delhi has started the online application process for the All India Law Entrance Test for interested candidates on its official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

Candidates who wish to apply for B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. program for session 20222 under NLU Delhi can now submit their registrations for the same through the university's official website. 

As per the schedule, the application window for the All India Law Entrance Test, AILET 2022 will be open till Thursday, April 7, 2022, for all eligible candidates. Applications submitted after the given deadline will not be considered for the admission process.

AILET 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are seeking admission to various law courses offered by NLU Delhi are required to meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria in order to apply for the admission process: 

BA LLB (Hons) Course Eligibility Criteria

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities)
  • Valid AILET 2022 Score
  • Candidates appearing for their 10+2 exam may also apply

LLM Course Eligibility Criteria

  • LLB or equivalent degree with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities)
  • Valid AILET 2022 score 
  • Candidates appearing for their final year LLB examination are also eligible to apply 

Ph.D. Course Eligibility Criteria

  • LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks.
  • LL.M degree with at least 50% marks in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities.
  • Valid AILET 2022 score

Following the NLU Admission 2022, the selection of candidates for BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and Ph.D. courses will be done based on academic qualifications of students, entrance exam score, seat availability, and overall performance of applicants in the admission round.
