  • employing procurement methods to maximise the efficient use of resources (labour, materials, and equipment)
  • coordinating and controlling the planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction
  • developing and implementing effective communications and mechanisms for avoiding and resolving conflicts among those participating in the project.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students must hold a qualification equivalent to a New Zealand university bachelor degree with a minimum overall grade comparable to a B grade at UC and in a relevant subject area,OR
  • Students must normally have completed one of the following:
    • Bachelor of Engineering with Honours with first or second class honors
    • Bachelor of Science with Honours with first or second class honors, in relevant subjects
    • Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering with a GPA of 5 or more

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • The minimum requirements are an overall average of 60% in each year and all prerequisite subjects.

English Language proficiency:

  • Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission to this program.
