Name Discrepancy in Visa Application: The consultancy erroneously created my visa application with a name that did not match the one on my passport. This discrepancy caused unnecessary complications during the biometrics process. DS-160 Confirmation Acknowledgment Issue: During my biometrics appointment, it was discovered that the DS-160 confirmation acknowledgment had not been downloaded, hindering the progress of my visa application. Lack of Proper Information: The consultancy demonstrated a lack of awareness regarding critical aspects, such as university deferral policies. This lack of information has led to additional challenges and delays. Irresponsible and Unresponsive Team: The overall conduct of the consultancy team, especially their Managing Director, Mr. Sai, was highly irresponsible. Attempts to seek resolution or clarification proved futile, as their team remained unresponsive. Biometrics Appointment in Delhi: As per the scheduled slot, I travelled to Delhi for my biometrics appointment. To my dismay, the biometrics officer did not permit me to proceed further due to inadequate documentation. Despite having paid for the consultancy's services, the lack of proper guidance resulted in a wasted trip, both in terms of time and money. Improper Documentation: The consultancy team failed to inform me about the necessary documentation, leading to unnecessary complications during the biometrics process. This oversight has not only caused inconvenience but has also impacted my career prospects. Career Setback: Unfortunately, the incomplete and improper guidance from VISA9 EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES has adversely affected my career. I trusted them to provide the necessary support and expertise, only to be let down by their half-knowledge and lack of professionalism. I am sharing my experience with you to raise awareness about the challenges I faced and to caution others who may consider availing themselves of VISA9 EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. It is disheartening to see how their inadequacies have impacted my educational and professional pursuits.
