I approached Xiphias seeking their assistance for Canada PR express entry. But I had to quit this entire process finally requested them to revoke this application process as there was no progress or positive news from Canada IRCC regarding my application neither Xiphias were able to assure or guarantee in the later stage as how they promised me in the beginning of Sep 2019. They roughly calculated and confirmed I'm eligible for Canada Express entry PR process with my education and experience and will get a PR in around 9 months has canvassed me charged 88,500 INR for initial processing which is not refundable. Was this agreement to be shown to the client before taking up the amount for the services to prove yourselves trustworthy and fully responsible to client or customer that you are bound to meet their expectations ? And then Xiphias takes credit in positive feedback reviews and neglects others mentioning things went wrong unfortunate situations or circumstances and that others reviews are misleading. And further you have a strict policy of no amount refunds.
