"The Government of West Bengal has taken this initiative to train and guide civil service aspirants from West Bengal appearing for the examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The Civil Service Study Centre was inaugurated on 25th of January, 2014 and began delivering its objectives from 2014 itself. It is situated within the campus of Administrative Training Institute, Government of West Bengal and conducts its classes on weekends namely on Saturdays and Sundays for a period of ten months prior to the exam schedule of the UPSC examination."
