I have always left a good feedback on request. However, on this occasion, I am extremely disappointed. I enrolled for a proteomics module, whose instructor was abruptly switched. I requested a change of module for a future session of relevance, which the team mutually agreed on. Following this request, proteomics was cancelled and the team agreed to provide an alternative module, should a future session of interest arise. Now, after contacting them several times over phone and email, there seems to be no positive response. In fact, the team mailed back stating that I have to make another payment, although there were two pending modules that were not used up from the quota (proteomics and matlab), one which I cancelled and the other which wasn't delivered. It is unlikely that anyone will attend to this matter. I have been a genuine subscriber, but ever since the management has changed, the cards have flipped. Dr. Farhan Zameer was an asset, and his absence has caused a high gradient decline in the qualitative aspects of satisfying a learner. I am shocked by the team's response. They had promised an alternative module, and have now failed to acknowledge it, despite forwarding the earlier threads of correspondence regarding the mutual agreement. It's all about the business now. I could've hidden my identity, but that would mean that I am afraid to face the backlash from an army. It's one woman against a giant army, and the woman always loses the army against the herd. I am ready to lose the game, should repercussions arise from publicly stating a complaint. If you face an unfair situation and there is a huge team involved, you're on your own. I still want to stand up for myself, so that it inspires others to do the same under unfair circumstances. I have remained silent for a long time, and I don't think it's the righteous thing to do. I have always played it safe my entire life, but not anymore. Keeping quiet about a genuine complaint is a disservice to other seekers. I can assure you the genuineness and honesty in raising this concern. Find your own path with full confidence, and I can assure you that it will yield extraordinary outcomes.

I've been facing challenges with my internship from Biotecnika, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email for assistance, I haven't received a resolution.
