HVDCEC is a top Civil Services Coaching Institute in Maharashtra Located right in the heart of Pune City. Institute is headed by Mr. Nirav Suratwala, who is fondly called by students as ‘Nirav Da.’ Several hundred students have cleared UPSC under his able guidance. Currently there are around 800 students who are studying in our Centre for various exams conducted by UPSC & MPSC. Our Parent body i.e. PGKM being a trust, is a non-profit organization.
