It was established in 2008 as India's first dedicated career assessment and counseling for a career counselor. In 2009 we realized, Career Assessment is only a diagnostic tool, not the entire solution. In India student prefer one on one career counseling. Understanding this, we decided strategically to focus and empower career counselors by providing them with a proper career assessment tool specially designed for Indian students. We named this tool CCPA (Comprehensive Career Planning Assessment). There are only a handful of counselors to guide the lacs of confused students. There was no proper structure and knowledge was there. Considering this in 2010 we started CCA (Certified Career Analyst) Program for social entrepreneurs who wanted to start their own career counseling practice. In 2014 we realized that students in developing countries also facing the same problem that leads to dissatisfaction and unemployment. With a vision to empower more counselors, we made footprints in the Middle East & Africa in 2014. In 2018, we got recognized by APCDA, IAAP leading global career counseling bodies.
