The study of Fine Arts and Aesthetic Education at the University of Regensburg is based on three pillars. The core pillar is a wide range of artistic studies, which should lead the students to an independent artistic profile. In the genres of graphics, painting, 3-dimensional design, media design, etc., they differentiate and expand the corresponding skills of visual representation and expression, as well as technical and visual skills. The introduction to independent design ideas and their convincing visual realization are essential intentions of teaching and learning in this subject. Based on research, drafts and a planned approach, suitable forms of presentation of results are designed.
