All basic disciplines of modern mathematics (algebra, analysis, geometry, topology, number theory ...) are represented in teaching by the Regensburg professors. There are special focal points at the highest international level in Regensburg in "Applied Analysis", "Number Theory and Algebraic Geometry" and in "Geometry and Global Analysis".
