Master of Arts [M.A] [Educational Science (Culture and Society)] From Paderborn University

Admission requirements are the successful completion of the two-subject bachelor's program at the University of Paderborn with the subject of educational science or a comparable degree that includes the following competencies:

• Know and apply basic questions of educational science
• Know and apply anthropological, social and cultural conditions of education
• In-depth knowledge and application of educational work, qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Orientation knowledge about learning theory and general didactic approaches
• Know and apply basic questions of interaction and communication
• Knowledge and overview of extracurricular institutions and organizations, of pedagogical fields of activity and work in the field of educational and cultural work as well as vocational training and professional action in these contexts
