Tuition Fees
There is no tuition fees. The semester fee for the winter semester 2019/20 is € 328.00.
Important Dates
In the master's degree in teacher training in vocational education, students are able to choose between vocational subjects in construction technology, wood technology, chemical engineering, electrical engineering/information technology, food and domestic science, health science, cosmetic science, media technology, metal technology, and economics.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the requirements for the program:
- Bachelor’s degree meeting the requirements for a type 5 teaching career according to the KMK (Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs), i.e.,
- one teaching subject and one vocational subject in a combination permitted at Universität Hamburg
- educational science with a focus on vocational or economic education
- subject-specific didactics in the vocational and teaching subjects
- teaching placements
- professional training in the vocational subject or a twelve-month professional placement
- Separate proof may be required for individual teaching subjects.
