Field of Study:
- The BA partial degree in business administration is aimed at students of the Faculty of Philosophy who want to combine their subject at this faculty with a targeted business education. The course is intended to increase the professional opportunities and career opportunities of the students.
- The students should be empowered to apply business and/or economic instruments to economic problems and theories and to understand the functional principles of markets, as well as to recognize the interaction of operational functional areas in order to be able to make adequate economic decisions.

Tuition Fees
The University of Greifswald does not demand a typical tuition fee. Students have to pay 82 USD per semester as Semester contribution and 107 USD once as enrolment fee.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Prior to commencing studies, students will be required to provide proof of German language proficiency. The following certificates are recognized by the University of Greifswald for applications to a full degree course:
- the ‘Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausländischer Studienbewerber’ (DSH) at least level 2*
- the ‘Deutsche Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz’ (level 2)
- the Goethe-Zertifikat C2 from the Goethe Institute
- the ‘Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache’ (Test DaF), at least level 4 in all partial examinations*
- the certificate ‘telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule’
- a completed degree in German Studies, an assessment test with German as an examination subject.
