Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] [International PhD Programme for Agricultural Science in Goettingen] From University of Goettingen

Academic Eligibility:

•  Master’s degree or equivalent in Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Geography or related fields.
• Proof of achievements in agricultural sciences, forest sciences or environmental sciences, life or natural science, plant science, animal science, resource or ecosystem management, mathematics, computer science, economics, or social sciences in scope of at least 120 credits (ECTS credits) in total.
• The degree should be obtained with a minimum final grade of “good”

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Adequate knowledge of English must be demonstrated with standardized or accredited certificates at a minimum B2 level or higher in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This can be done by proving English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
• Applicants, whose native language is not German and who have neither a German university entrance qualification nor have obtained a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a degree program in German from a German university, will provide proof of this in accordance with the examination regulations for the German Language Examination for University Entrance (DSH) for prospective foreign applicants by passing the examination with a total score of DSH-2.
