The master´s program in European Languages aims at imparting inter- and transdisciplinary competencies within the field of linguistics. The disciplines represented within the study program regard historical linguistics, linguistic areas, and linguistic systems as well as pragmalinguistics and range from the linguistics of German and English to those of the Slavic and the Romance languages.
