The aim of the Master’s degree „International Studies in Intellectual Property Law “ is to intensify the field of industrial/intellectual property law as well as copyright law, which has long been neglected in the curricula of German universities. Especially with regard to the ever-increasing globalization of markets, the goal is to offer a degree in a field of law, which is sought after and in high demand by the industry.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the entry requirements to this Program :
- The prerequisite for admission to the degree is a primary university degree qualifying for professional employment, which is recognized in Germany or a degree from a state vocational training academy specializing in law
- This degree program requires a B2 level of English (according to the Council of Europe Common European Framework for Reference for Languages).
