- In the linguistics and phonetics course, students will deal with all aspects of human language: with the structure of individual languages and with language comparison, both in terms of word and sentence structure as well as in terms of sound systems and speech melody.
- Students will acquire knowledge of language history and language change, as well as the function of language in society, and learn to understand linguistic phenomena using descriptive and experimental methods.
