The course of study ancient languages and cultures (ASuK) include the Bachelor's degree in the following fields of study: Egyptology, Ancient History, Archeology, Greek Philology / Byzantine, Historical-Comparative Linguistics, Jewish Studies, Latin Philology / Middle Latin Philology, Classic Literary Studies.

The basic requirements to apply for a BA at the Department of Linguistics are:
The general higher education entrance qualification
English proficiency at level B2 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages
Small Latinum and/or Graecum for some specializations (Historical-Comparative Linguistics, Ancient Languages and Cultures

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
