Students acquire and deepen knowledge of all epochs represented by historical science (antiquity to the present) in the areas of Europe, Africa, America or in the Atlantic and Pacific regions.v They will reflect local / translocal, regional/transregional, national/transnational and also global contexts. Competencies in the areas of history theory, philosophy, methodology, and foreign languages make them fit for the national and international labor market.

Tuition Fees
There are no tuition fees but students have to pay 110 euros per semester to cover student services and a semester bus pass.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Students required a bachelor's degree in the field of history with at least the exam grade “good” or a similar degree (6 semesters) in humanity.
- The German language is required.
