Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Before students can start this Bachelor program, they must have completed a pre-study placement lasting at least eight weeks.
- Students should spend at least four weeks of their placement in community catering, catering or the hospitality industry. If they have already completed a relevant apprenticeship or work experience, this time will, of course, count towards their pre-study placement.
