Master of Science [M.S] (Data Science)
Field of Study:
The Master's program in Data Science is aimed specifically at graduates from a wide range of Bachelor's programs since Data Science competencies are of great importance for very different industries. Some basic knowledge of mathematics/statistics and computer science is required. In this course, the students deepen their technical, methodological and social skills, especially in the areas of data storage, consolidation, processing, analysis, and forecasting, with a focus on big data and machine learning processes.

Tuition Fees
There are no tuition fees for studying at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. Students have to pay 280 USD per semester as Semester Fees.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the requirement of the program:
- Access to the master's program in Data Science is granted to those who have completed a bachelor's degree with a grade of at least 2.5 and who can also demonstrate 20 credit points (according to ECTS) in the subject areas Mathematics/Statistics and Computer Science.
- Proof of English language skills that correspond at least to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
