Fulda University of Applied Sciences International Students Admission
The application process for international students at Fulda University requires the students to keep in mind the two types of admissions:
- Direct Admission: If the applicant’s previous coursework is equivalent to German Abitur.
- Indirect Admission: Applicants will have to attend a preparatory course if the previous coursework is not equivalent to German Abitur.

- Once selected for admission to the study programme, the International Office will send an official letter of acceptance (Zulassungsbescheid).
- Letters of acceptance are either unconditional or conditional.
- But further documents on the day of enrolment would be required if admissions are conditional, in the latest order to begin studying.
- Letter of acceptance will contain detailed information about what is required.
- If application documents do not fulfil the formal admission requirements or if the department does not admit you to the study programme, the applicant will receive notification (Ablehnungsbescheid) and all the documents will be returned.
