The eligibility of an aspirant to apply for Jharkhand Polytechnic 2023 will depend upon the following criteria:

Before filling the application form all applicants must read the instructions carefully to avoid discrepancy. Besides, they should also keep the following documents ready prior to application form filling:
- Scanned photograph of the candidate.

- A scanned copy of the left thumb impression.
The complete procedure of filling and submission of application form will involve three stages.
Stage 1: Application Form Filling
- Visit the website jceceb.nic.in or jcediploma.formflix.org.
- Enter all the information such as personal details, exam center preference, and academic details as asked to fill the required fields.
- Create a password of your own and do not share it with anyone.
- Enter the security pin.
- Click the ‘submit’ button.
- A window will open containing the ‘Disclaimer Clause’. Read it before clicking the ‘I Agree’.
- Now the application form consisting of all the information you have entered will appear on your screen.
- You can edit or modify any information on the application form if you want; else click ‘Final Submit’.
On completion of the above procedure a review of the application form will become visible at your screen along with the application number mentioned in it. Note it down for further references.
Stage 2: Uploading of Documents
Upload all the documents in the following format:
- Scanned passport size colored photograph of candidate (4 KB to 100 KB). The candidates’ should be straight facing to the camera with both ears clearly visible.
- Scanned signature of candidate (1 KB to 30 KB).
- Scanned left thumb impression of candidate (1 KB to 30 KB).
- Enter the Security Pin.
- Click on ‘Upload’.
Stage 3: Payment of Application Fee
The application fee is to be paid online via online payment gateways like Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking. The application fee is non-refundable.
- Click on Payment.
- The ‘Bank Collect’ window will open.
- Read all the instructions before proceeding for payment.
