INI CET 2023 Counselling

All the processes of INI CET 2023 Counselling Session is being conducted only via online mode. Eligible candidates can participate in the counselling process through the official website on AIIMS, New Delhi.  Candidates will be selected for the counselling after they qualify the entrance test, securing minimum cut off marks. Each step of the counselling is mentioned below. 

Step 1: Registration Process

• For the first round of the counselling session candidate will have to register themselves again on the official website of AIIMS at www.aiimsexams.ac.in
• After entering all the information in the registration window, a new candidate ID along with Password will be generated
• Candidates need to save those credentials for the next step

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking Process

• After login to the website using the credential received during the registration process, the candidate will have to enter their preferences of institute and courses on a specific form and also save or lock them to avoid any misplace of data
• All the steps from entering the information to locking are given below.
  • After login to the website go to the option “Make Choice”
  • Select the option of the institute as per preferences
  • Click on the link “Add Choice”
  • For removing the choice, can click on the tab “Delete”
  • Fill up all the preferences on that form
  • Click on the “Save” button
  • Review all the preferences
  • Mark the confirm box and click on the “Submit” button

Step 3: Checking of Seat Allotment List

• After submission of the choice filling form, candidate need to check the seat allotment list that will be published based on their preferences submitted through online

Step 4: Final Round for the Submission of Preferences

• Candidate will get a chance to modify their preferences after the first round of choice filling process and before publishing the seat allotment list for the final round
• Failing or attempting in this round may cause the candidate to disqualify from the counseling session. Hence, from the admission process as well.

Step 5: Checking of Seat Allotment List for the Final Round

• After the submission of the preferences for the final round, candidates need to check the seat allotment list that will be made and published just after the final round of the choice filling process

Step 6: Acceptance or Declination of the Seat Allotment

After checking the seat allotment list, candidates must log in to the official website of AIIMS using the credential received after the registration to check and select some options mentioned below.

• Candidate want to go with the seat allotted to them and do not want to take part in the counseling process in future
• Candidate accept their preferred seat allotted to them yet want to take part in the upcoming round of the counseling process
• Candidate does not accept the seat allotted to them and wants to take part in the following counseling round
• Candidate abstain from accepting the seat allotted to them and want to go for the upcoming round of the counseling process

Step 7: Documents Verification Process

After successfully completing all the above-mentioned steps, candidates need to report to the concerned institute with all the required documents in original to complete the verification process. Candidate should carry the required documents in original as well as a copy with self-attested for each document

Documents Required for INI CET 2023 Counselling Session

All the important documents that candidates must bring with them to the concerned institute to complete the counseling session are listed below.

• Seat Allotment Order of the candidate
• System generated registration slip
• Downloaded INI CET 2023 Hall Ticket or Admit Card
• Certificate of MBBS or BDS degree in original
• Marksheets or Score Card of MBBS or BDS for the final examinations
• Internship completion certificate with the declaration of its completion
• Interim or persistent registration certificate issued by either MCI or state medical council or DCI or state dental council
• Certificate of 10th class in original or birth certificate of the candidate
• Marksheet or scorecard of 10+2 level
• Caste Certificate in original (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate in original (if applicable)
