HPU MAT 2023 Exam Pattern will give candidates proper insight of the marking scheme, number of questions and sections, marks distribution and syllabus. HPU MAT is conducted every year in the offline mode.

  • The question paper consists of 200 questions divided in four sections.
  • Questions asked in HPU MAT 2023 is used to check candidates’ understanding of business, data interpretation and general knowledge.

HPU MAT 2023 Exam Pattern in Detail

HPU MAT 2023 is conducted in an offline mode i.e. pen and paper mode. The question paper will consist of 200 questions to be completed in 2 hours. The question paper is divided in four section each having 50 marks per section. Every single correct question will be awarded 1 marks. There is no negative marking and no deduction of marks for un attempted questions. The question paper will only available in English language only.

HPU MAT 2023 Marking Scheme

HPU MAT 2023 question paper is of 200 marks. Each question carries equal marks in question paper. Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking in the question paper. There is no deduction of marks for an unattempt question.

Important Instructions

Given below are some of the important instruction for HPU MAT 2023 candidates should follow to avoid any discrepancy.

  • Candidate should reach the exam center 1 hour prior to the commencement of exam
  • Candidates must bring their admit card on the day of exam, without the admit card entry in the examination hall is not allowed.
  • No electronic item is allowed in the examination hall which is considered as the subject of cheating.
  • No extra rough sheet is allowed in the examination hall. Margin will be given to do rough work in the test booklet.
  • Candidates should also follow all the instructions given by the invigilator in the examination hall.
  • Do not open the test booklet without permission from the invigilator.
  • Fill the required details in the answer sheet. The result may not be evaluated if the details are not entered or entered correctly.
  • It is not allowed to clarify doubts on any item in test booklet from the invigilator.
  • Answer should be marked properly by darkening the circle in the OMR sheet.
  • Failure to follow the instruction written in the examination will lead to disqualification.
  • Candidates found with any barred items inside the examination hall will be disqualified.
