BUMAT 2023 Exam Pattern & Syllabus

BUMAT Exam pattern evaluates a candidate’s quantitative, verbal/reading, data interpretation, and reasoning skills. The paper has 200 objective-type questions that are to be completed in 150 minutes.

BUMAT syllabus is based on the fundamentals of 10+2 curriculum. As per the Marking Scheme, 1 mark are awarded for a correct answer and there is no negative marking for an incorrect answer. The exam aims to assess an applicant’s ability to understand the subject critically and apply prior knowledge to solve the problems.

BUMAT 2023 Marking Scheme

The exam will be conducted in offline mode. Aspirants will have to mark their responses on an OMR sheet.

  • Candidates must choose the most appropriate option which he feels is the right answer.
  • Each correct response will fetch 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.
  • Each question is followed by 4 options, choose the correct option among the given

The objective of this section is to test the ability of the candidates to express the meaning of the content in the comprehension.
