How to check AJEE 2023 Result?
The organizing institute will declare the results around May 7, 2023. The result will be declared on the official website of the university. The exam conducting body will display rank wise results secured by the candidates. The results of all candidates who have appeared for the exam will be displayed in order of ranks obtained by them.
AJEE 2023 Results will be put up in a PDF format that will have the aspirant’s name, rank and other details. Re-evaluation/ Rechecking of AJEE 2023 Answer Sheets
AJEE 2023 Answer Sheets are machine graded with extreme care and repeatedly scrutinized. Hence, there is no provision for re- evaluation of results. No request regarding this matter will be entertained but genuine queries about the same can be resolved by contacting the university office.
AJEE 2023 Merit list
AU Entrance Examination Merit List for the academic year of 2023-24 will be published on AISECT website soon after the declaration of results. The organizing body will release the merit lists for all programs according to All India Candidature type. The merit list will contain names of students in order of ranks and marks secured by them in the entrance exam. All applicants whose name appears in the list will be eligible for the further rounds of admission.
AJEE 2023 Cut Off
AJEE 2023 Cut Off score will be decided by the organizing institute. It is not announced by the university separately. The cut off marks will depend on the following factors:
- Number of qualified applicants,
- Availability of seats,
- Marks and ranks secured by the aspirants
- Category
AJEE 2023 Counselling
Counselling of AJEE 2023 will be conducted at AISECT University, Bhopal after the declaration of the result. The counselling process is set to start from the first week of June 2023. Aspirants short-listed via the merit list will be invited to attend the counselling session in order of ranks obtained by them.
The schedule for counseling for admission to various courses will be uploaded on the AISECT university website. It is mandatory for students to attend the counselling at the allotted date and time. If the applicant is not present on the specified day, his candidature will be cancelled. Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit and program as chosen by the student. The counselling process will take place in the following way:
- The counselling session will be held as per the scheduled time and date at the campus of AISECT University.
- Students will have to report at the university with a parent/ guardian. They will be required to fill a preference form.
- Applicants will be offered seats based on merit and preference of course as chosen by them.
- Counselling session will also include verification of documents and scrutiny of certificates.
- Each aspirant will also have to pay counselling fees as demanded by the university which are non-refundable.
- If the individual wishes to accept the seat offered, he must pay the requisite tuition fees at the time of counselling otherwise his admission will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
Document Verification
Verification of documents is an important step in the counselling procedure. The purpose of this is to check different records regarding identification, age, qualifying exam, state of eligibility and category of candidate. The documents required at the session are:
