City Life

Peterborough is special for so many reasons. You will experience the advantages of city living while enjoying the benefits of the natural world. The city offers safe neighbourhoods with community centres, parks, trails and other activities for the whole family. It has a low crime rate and is home to a number of excellent schools, both public and private. The city also has a thriving arts and culture scene. There are plenty of things to do in Peterborough, whether you’re into the outdoors or prefer to stay indoors. Peterborough’s economy is based largely on its historical manufacturing base. However, in recent years the city has been making a name for itself as a great place to do business.

Consistently ranked as one of the most livable cities in the world, Toronto enjoys a reputation as an exciting, diverse, clean, and safe city to set up home.

Torontonians themselves are welcoming and are generally willing to help those who look lost or are in need of assistance. Within our first few months in Toronto we were invited to Thanksgiving dinners by new friends; the streetcar drivers actually wait for you when you’re running, and people have always been happy to explain how things work in the city.

If you’re looking for Entertainment, Bars, and Clubs, Toronto is the city for you
