Jalpaiguri Law College BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

BA LLB:

Candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognised board.
For B.A. L.L.B. candidates should have obtained 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in the qualifying examinations (Total marks of best of five subjects excluding EVS including English should be taken into account to calculate the percentage of marks).
SC & ST category and aspiring to pursue B.A. L.L.B. are eligible to apply if they have secured at least 40% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying examinations.

BA LLB (Hons):

For candidates aspiring to pursue B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) should have obtained 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in the qualifying examinations (Total marks of best of five subjects excluding EVS including English should be taken into account to calculate the percentage of marks).
For candidates belonging to SC & ST category and aspiring to pursue B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) are eligible to apply if they have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying examinations.
The candidate shall not be above 20 years of age on the date of admission.
Two years age relaxation is available for SC/ST candidates.
