Amity Law School (ALS), Noida Admissions 2023, Fees Structure, Placement, Cutoff, Courses, Entrance Exam

Candidates seeking admission to the 5-year Integrated courses need to have secured a minimum of 60% (55% for reserved categories) in their 10+2 or any equivalent examination. Admissions are done on the basis of scores obtained in written exam and interview, conducted by the school.

• Candidates can also apply on the basis of marks secured in the IPU Common Entrance Test.
• There is also an option of Direct Entry for students with 80% or above aggregate marks in Class XII or any equivalent examination.
• Candidates will be called for the Written Test and further Group Discussion/Interview only after verification of eligibility.

Candidates applying through the direct entry scheme will be admitted on the basis of the Amity Application form. Candidates filling their form online are advised to keep a copy of their completed application form for future references. Duly filled-in application forms along with required documents must be submitted to their respective campus branches through post or by hand.

Admission to the LL.B program is done on the basis of Written Exam and Interview. Candidates can also apply through the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Indraprastha University. Candidates seeking admission to the 3-year LL.B program need to secure minimum aggregate marks of 50% (45% for reserved categories) in any undergraduate degree.

Candidates will be intimated for the Written Test and further Interview rounds upon meeting the minimum eligibility criteria and filling the online application form. For admissions done on the basis of merit secured in the IPU CET, candidates have to appear for the online CET examination.

Candidates filling their form through online mode are advised to keep a copy of their completed application form. All filled application forms along with required documents must be sent to their respective campus branches by post or submitted in person. Candidates can check the status of their application by logging in online through the official registration portal.

Admissions to the 1-year Postgraduate program are done with the candidate securing a minimum of 50% marks in their LL.B or any equivalent degree. All candidates have to appear for the Amity Entrance procedure of a Written Exam and Group Discussion/Interview on the day of selection.

Candidates will be called for the Written Test and further interview upon meeting the minimum eligibility criteria and after filling up the online application form. The entrance test is conducted on-campus at ALS, Noida.

Candidates filling their form online are advised to keep a copy of their completed application form. Duly filled-in application forms along with required documents must be sent to their respective campus branches through post or by hand. There is no Group Discussion round for candidates applying to the PG programs.

Amity Law School also offers full-time and part-time doctoral programs twice a year i.e. in January and July. The duration for the full-time course is 3 years while the duration for the part-time mode is 4.5 years.

Candidates seeking admission to the 3-year Ph.D program must possess a Master’s degree in law from any accredited Indian or foreign university with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates seeking admission to the course can apply through online mode only. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) followed by an interview on the same day.

PET is divided into two parts – the first part consists of a common questions for the General knowledge and Aptitude test followed by a Program Specific test.

• Admissions are done twice a year i.e. January and July.
• Applications for the Ph.D. programs are accepted through online mode only.
• After the selection process, the shortlisted candidates will be offered an Online Admission Letter.
