Indian students: For an AME training course, the candidate should be have passed 10 +2 class in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry or a 3-year diploma or equivalent
Foreign students: A certificate issued by the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION of the country of origin in respect of the student passing the higher secondary school examination (10 +2 or equivalent)
Indian student:
The student has to undergo a medical examination by a doctor, possessing at least an MBBS Degree and required to produce a certificate to this effect. He will also have to subject himself to a medical examination for color vision by an eye specialist.
Foreign student:
The student should undergo a thorough medical checkup in any of the medical college located at Trivandrum, Thrissur, and Calicut. He should get the prescribed format from the college and also a report on ELISA TEST, signed by a competent authority of the medical college and submit the same.
In addition to the prescribed fee, each student has to bear the cost of Practical Training (08 weeks) as per the Written Agreement with the Aircraft Maintenance Organizations.
