• Direct Placement: The Airlines and MRO directly approach JRNIAT and offer the vacant positions with fixed units of manpower requirement. The major part of such an induction process happens with AIRBUS India, Indamer Aviation and  Airworks India.
• Indirect Placement: Most of the airlines operators or MRO’s invite or request for providing information regarding the suitable openings in their departments. Such indirect placements from JRNIAT are usually conducted by Indigo airlines, CAE International, Air Vistara, Spicejet, Go Airlines and most of the non-scheduled operators.
