Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences Admission
Admission at Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences is strictly based on NEET merit. Aspirants need to apply for the NEET examination for both UG and PG admission. The 85% of State Quota seats for Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences Medical College are filled by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Rajasthan. And rest 15% of seats are filled by All India Quota for other state students.
Candidates applying to PIMS must have to register themselves for the NEET counseling. Counseling of NEET for All India Quota will be conducted in two rounds in online mode. Aspirants need to follow given procedures for counseling process :
- Register to the official website of NTA.
- Aspirants need to choose courses and colleges of their preference and finally lock-in the preferences in the online portal.
- The seat allotment will be published online, based on available vacancies and candidate’s choices.
- Those who will be allotted a seat in the first round report to the allotted college.
There is also a provision of Round 2 for candidates who couldn’t register in the first round of counseling. All steps are same as the first round of counseling but it is to be noted that, those who will be allotted a seat in the second round of counseling (15% AIQ Quota) will not be permitted to vacate their seats as per the orders made by the Supreme court of India.
