Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects or its equivalent certificate / Diploma with the above subjects recognized by the Government.
- Candidates will be required to fulfill all eligibility norms for appearing in MP Pahunt exam as notified by the authority.
- Candidates aspiring for B.A.M.S. course must have attain minimum 17 years of age as on 1st July of the responding year.

- Application form duly filled & signed.
- 4 Passport size photographs.
- Attested Photocopies of Degree/ Certificates of Academic Qualification including qualifying examination.
- Admission card duly filled.
