Women's Institute for Studies in Development Oriented Management Jaipur Ph.D Management Studies: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

For Ph.D. programmes:

In case of Ph.D. admissions, candidates (only women) should have obtained Master’s degree in the relevant field of study with at least 55% aggregate of marks or should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Candidate who possesses at least 5 years work experience (Teaching/Industrial/Research) may be given relaxation of 5% of the minimum required aggregate by the Vice-Chancellor for registration to Ph.D. programme

Exemption from the requirement of appearing in RET:

• A candidate who have qualified NET, SLET, GATE or M.Phil. (If the candidate was admitted to M.Phil. through a research entrance test) may be exempted from the entrance test.
• A candidate belonging to the Faculty of Fine Arts (Visual Art, Music & Dance) and Design, will be exempted from the entrance examination. Such candidates should contact the research section separately.

Candidates will be shortlisted for admission to the Ph.D. programme on the basis of their performance in Research Entrance Test (RET), conducted by the university in December every year.
