M.A. in Hindi: What is it About?

The 2- year program aims to familiarize students with intricate literature in the language and its diverse applications. With its popularity growing in the nation and worldwide, Hindi is the second most spoken language in the world.
Hindi language has its roots in the classical Sanskrit language. The language acquired its current form over many centuries, and numerous dialectical variations of Hindi still exist.

In different departments of the Central and State governments (in Hindi speaking States), Hindi is the compulsory language for official work.
