Candidates interested in applying for MBBS programs at Tezpur Medical College & Hospital should be 17 years old (as on 31st December of the admission year). He/She should have completed senior secondary school from a recognized board and should have studied PCB and English as compulsory subjects.

Additionally, if a candidate fulfills the following eligibility criteria, he/she is eligible to apply:

The institute offers MD specializations across different specializations. The admission is done through an NEET Entrance Examination which is conducted by the institute, annually.

Interested candidates must apply by visiting the website once the admission notice is issued regarding availability of NEET application forms.
Those who have filled the application form but have not paid the fee should ensure to submit the amount by March 1.
As a proof, candidates must download the confirmation page which would indicate fee payment and completed application form.
Once the confirmation page is generated, it indicates that the application form has been submitted and the payment of the same has been approved.
Candidates must enter the details very carefully. There is also an option of saving the application form and fill it back later as per his/her convenience.
It is compulsory to finish filling up the application form well within the issued deadline.
He/she must upload a recent photograph to the allocated space in the NEET application form.

Reservation

The college follows reservation as per the guidelines issued by the government.
To avail admission to a reserved seat, an applicant must be able to produce all the required documents to prove that they are eligible for the procedure.
Out of the total seats available, 50% are to be filled by the institute’s management.
The management quota admission is done one the basis of merit.
The remaining 50% of seats are to be filled based upon the candidate’s academic performance.
