Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admissions to MD courses is as follows :

  • Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) from a recognized university with 50% marks.
  • Candidates should have a valid score in NEET PG 2020 exam.

Selection Criteria 

  • Selection of the candidates will be based on NEET PG 2020 merit list.
  • Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the counselling for All India 50% Quota seats using the result of NEET PG 2020.
  • The concerned States / designated authority / University conducts the counselling for admission to state quota seats as per the students score in the examination.
  • Candidates need to visit the MCC Official Website to register for counselling and fill the choice of subjects and colleges in order of preference.
  • Post filling they need to lock the filled choices.
  • Students will be allocated seats on the basis of their choices and merit in the exam.
  • Candidates must report at the allotted institutes along with the relevant documents and fees as mentioned in the allotment letter. 

How to apply for NEET PG?

Below mentioned are the guidelines that candidates need to follow for the application process.

  1. Visit the official website and select NEET PG
  2. Read all the instructions carefully and click on “Proceed to apply online”.
  3. Enter name, gender, parent’s name, valid email address and submit the registration form.
  4. Now, log in using the credentials generated after submitting the form.
  5. Enter all the required details in the application form and submit the application form.
  6. Upload all the necessary documents.
  7. Select the exam location and preferred date and time of the examination.
  8. Now, click on the “Make Payment” option.
  9. Submit the application fee via debit card/credit card/ net banking/ e-wallet.
  10. After finishing the fee payment process, candidates should take at least four printouts of the confirmation page.

  • NEET PG result
  • Mark sheet of MBBS 1, 2 and 3 professional examinations
  • MBBS degree certificate/provisional certificate
  • Medical Registration Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Certificate with an attested photo from the Head of Institution last studied
  • Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License 
  • Copy of Birth Certificate 
  • Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate.
  •  8 copies of passport size photographs.
