Important points:
- For B.A Hons, the candidates must have that particular subject of specialization in 10+2 with at least 45% marks to be eligible.
- For SC/ST, the minimum percentage required is 40% in 10+2 for Hons. courses and minimum 30% in top four subjects for B.A, B.Sc and B.Com General courses.
- For OBC-A and OBC-B categories, the eligibility criteria are same as mentioned in the above table.
- Candidates with a good track record in games and sports can be considered a special case for admission.
- The marks obtained in the top four subjects will be considered to calculate the aggregate marks of candidates in 10+2. The candidates passed from West Bengal Board/other board/university should pass in five recognized subjects of which at least one should be a language subject.
- Candidates coming from other boards have to provide the migration certificate to the college within two months from the date of admission.
- For B.Sc Hons. in Economics, candidates must have passed in Mathematics at 10+2.

- Original and attested copies of Admit Card and Mark sheet of the last Public Examination.
