ISMR Pune Placements 2020: Highest Package: 10.6 LPA & Average Package: 5.6 LPA

International School of Management & Research (ISMR), Pune offered the highest CTC of 12 LPA & average CTC of 5.2 LPA in 2020 placement. Recruiters like Piaggio Vehicles Ltd., Mahindra and Mahindra, Fiat India, Bharat Forge Ltd., etc visited the campus during ISMR Placements 2020. 

If we follow the year-wise trend we can conclude that more students have been placed in 2019 placement than in 2018.

90% of the students got placed in 2018. But 95% students got placed in 2019. There is a clear 5% increase in placement in 2019.

Most numbers of offers given to the students can be seen in Marketing. A total of 51 offers were given during the placement drive. 31, 14 & 4 offers were given from Finance, Human Resources & Operations respectively. 

ISMR Pune Placements Company-wise 

Most of the placement offers were given from the It & ITES companies. 22 offers from the IT & ITES, 16 offers from Financial services, 12 from the Retail % FMCG, 11 from Research in Consulting, 10 in Education (non-profit), 8 from Media & Entertainment, 8 from Marketing, 7 from Medical & Health & 6 from other companies were offered during the ISMR Placements drive. 

ISMR Pune Summer Internships

A total of 100 students got placed during the ISMR summer internships. The students were offered internships in various functions like Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations. IT & ITES, Financial Services, Research in Consulting, retail & FMCG etc were the top recruiters.

The highest number of Placement offers were given by the Marketing field. 54 Internship offers from Marketing, 28 from Finance, 12 from Human Resources, and 6 from Operations were offered to the students during ISMR Summer Internship.

IT & ITES students were offered the maximum number of internship offers. A total of 24 students were offered placements from the IT & ITES domains.

The domain of Sales & Management has had the most alumni shares in ISMR alumni i.e. 37% shares. After this, Business Development & Non Profit Education has the most alumni shares i.e. 13%.
