The above rates will not be applicable for students who wish to avail the hostel facility for a period of 8 months or less in an academic year; please contact Hostel Incharge for using the hostel facility for shorter period of time.
In case any student wishes to discontinue the hostel facility, an application is to be submitted to the Hostel Incharge through warden of the hostel and is subject to the rules and regulations mentioned in the hostel brochure.
In case the student wishes to discontinue the facility before 31st October 2023, an amount equal to 3 months’ rent will be deducted from the deposit/advance rent paid. This will be
calculated from the next month of vacation of the hostel.
If the hostel facility is discontinued by the occupant after 31st October 2023, an amount equal to balance rent for the academic year shall be deducted from the deposit.
After deducting the amount due from the occupant, the balance amount of deposit, if any,shall be refunded by cheque within 30 days from the date of receiving application for
discontinuation of the hostel facility.
Please note that the above circular does not apply to NRI students.
Payments, if paid by demand drafts, must be made in favor of:
