Crescent School of Architecture, B.S.Abdur Rahman University Chennai B.Des Interior Architecture: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Aspriants seeking admission to B.Des Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

• A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by State or Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination in any stream with a minimum of 50% overall aggregate of marks.
• Students without maths and science marks are also eligible.

Age Limit:

Candidates date of birth should fall on or after 1st July 1997.

NOTE:

Candidates should pass the entrance exam conduct by the Crescent School of Architecture.

Candidates having 60 – 69.99% marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.75000* per semester.

Candidates having 70 – 79.99% marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.65000* per semester.

Candidates having 80 – 89.99%  marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.55000* per semester.

Candidates having 90% & above  marks in 10+2 examination should have to pay Tution fees of Rs.45000* per semester.
